Please brush horizontally and vertically movement, not need to rotate it.
Basically this toothbrush can perform to remove plaque enough with water only, but it recommend to put small amount of tooth paste to brush head if you want to use.
It is different individually, but we recommend to replace toothbrush when its bristle warping. But I digress, we hard that used toothbrush can be used as house cleaning conveniently.
Yes, the bristles touch there. Normal brush hit there by part of plastics, but cylindrical brush hit there by its bristle area.
